On Tuesday morning all four of us drove down to Leeds to go ice skating (Dad didn’t skate because he said he’s “to old”). At first I thought I would need to use a penguin support thing, but I didn’t because you had to pay extra and I knew I could do without. I didn’t fall at all but I slipped a few times. The rink was new so the ice was slick but also really grippy so you didn’t fall as much. At the end Mom said when I skated I looked like I was skateboarding. I had a lot of fun and I’m glad I got to skate with Mom.

Good job Lilia, I’m glad you enjoyed the skating in that beautiful arena.
