Fairbanks

We arrived in Fairbanks on Monday, June 28 and pulled into a RV park on the Chena River. It was a beautiful river with a sandy beach. When we were settled we rode our bikes into town and explored the town of Fairbanks. We went back to the campground for an hour or so and then headed over to Black Spruce Brewing Company to meet Wyatt and his wife. It was a great brewery and their food was great.

On Tuesday we rode to the car museum that Wyatt’s dad owns. It was an awesome car museum with a total of more than 70 old cars from the 1800s to the 1930s. They were all pretty awesome but my favorite one was a red one that could fit seven people! Some of them had windshields that you could move and some had seats that you could fold back. When we were done with the car museum we went back to the RV park and got ready to go out to another brewery with Wyatt and Parker but this time we were going by his boat not a bike. I ate a hotdog at this brewery and some Alaskan made root beer.

We took off on Wednesday and we’re heading to Denali to camp there for two nights. Fairbanks was an amazing town and it was really cool to see and meet Wyatt and his family. The breweries were also really fun and so was the car museum. I loved Fairbanks!
